Rep. Reichley presented Lee Butz with a legislative citation in Allentown on May 26, congratulating him on his receipt of an honorary doctorate of divinity. Lee Butz was joined by President Philip D. W. Krey of The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia.

A truck convoy carrying remnants of steel from the World Trade Center forged 41 years ago in Coatesville, PA drove through Emmaus on April 14. The convoy passed Rep. Reichley's district office as it headed across the state to a permanent exhibit in a planned National Iron and Steel Heritage Museum. The steel structures, called "trees," made up the first nine floors of the north tower.
